How Azl carries out the work

Are chemical drain cleaners enough to unblock drains?
They may open some minor blockages temporarily, but they don't remove grease built up on the pipe walls; some can damage pipes or seals with repeated use and are dangerous on skin contact or when mixed with other cleaners. Recurring blockages need mechanical clearing or water jetting and identification of the cause.
What is the benefit of CCTV pipe inspection?
The camera reveals what can't be seen from outside: a broken pipe, a wrong fall that collects sediment, tree roots, or a separated joint. This determines whether the problem is a blockage to clean or a defect to repair, and pinpoints the repair location instead of random breaking out.
Why does the kitchen line keep blocking?
The most common cause is fats and oils poured into the sink that then harden inside the line with food waste. Prevention means not pouring oil down the sink, using a sink strainer, flushing the line periodically, and a grease trap in commercial kitchens.
Can a blocked drain cause leaks and damp?
Yes. A blockage raises the water level in the line and puts pressure on weak joints, which can lead to leaks under tiles or inside walls. If damp appears near drains after a blockage, instrument-based leak detection is advised to find the source.
When does a line need repair rather than unblocking?
When the camera shows a broken or sagging pipe, a reverse fall that holds water, or blockages recurring at the same point despite cleaning. In these cases the damaged section is replaced or rerouted as part of plumbing works.
How can I reduce bathroom floor-drain blockages?
Use strainers that catch hair, clean the drain cover regularly, don't throw wet wipes or solid cleaner residue into drains, and pour water into rarely used drains so the trap doesn't dry out and let odours escape.
