Materials we choose from

• Pre-construction soil treatment for termites: Spraying the soil under the slab and around the foundations before pouring, with a product registered for this use at the label dose.
• Post-construction termite treatment: Injecting the soil around the building through holes in floors or pavements, or baiting systems, depending on the infestation and the building.
• Gel baits for cockroaches and ants: Placed in small amounts in cracks and harbourages, reducing the need for broad spraying inside kitchens.
• Tamper-resistant rodent bait stations and traps: Placed at set, secured points out of reach of children and pets, with regular follow-up.
• Exclusion and sanitation: Sealing gaps around pipes, doors and drain covers and removing moisture and food sources, which is the foundation of any successful treatment.

Work stages

1. Inspect the site to identify the pest, extent of infestation, harbourages and entry points
2. Prepare a written control plan specifying the treatment method, registered products and re-entry times
3. Prepare the site: cover food and kitchen utensils, and move children, pets and fish tanks away
4. Carry out treatment by trained technicians wearing personal protective equipment, at the doses on the product label
5. Seal entry points and give sanitation advice and address moisture sources
6. Follow-up visit to assess results and repeat treatment where needed, especially for bed bugs and termites
